I also bought a coffee here that I tried to drink when I got home from the bike ride I was on, but when I sat down to enjoy my timmies, it had sugar. I DON'T LIKE SUGAR IN MY COFFEE...I GAG FROM IT! The next time I went in the location and mentioned their mistake, the supervisor told me that I should have kept the coffee and brought it back with me...like was this one joke or what?!! I was supposed to keep a coffee overnight and then have to bike back with it to get my order replaced....well that's what she demanded and refused to correct the mistake. Poorly run location and very rude staff. Drive to the next block and go to another location...trust me, it is worth it to avoid this crappy one.
