- Tracey Breedon Added 2017-09-18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came to the hotel to visit Lounge 6 however was closed for a private function. Decided to grab a drink and appetizer in JJ Kapps. We were seated immediately in a very quiet restaurant and not one person came to serve us for over 20 minutes. Informed the staff upon leaving and no one seemed to care. Terrible service, no wait NO service!!!
