One fellow was at the front door cash register gazing into the screen; we looked at tablets and walked all through the store with no one offering to give us any service thus "No service, No sales". As we left the same fellow was gazing into his screen / we wanted to buy a tablet. YOU really need to approach your customers, customer service will go a long way to improving your sales...
