  The one star for the patient drivers who deal with stuff! The second star is for the kind staff who work at the downtown terminal. But the stars are only for them. The first blank star is for the late, poorly scheduled busses (especially on Sunday and after 6:00pm). The second blank star is for the poor service and wait times you get when you call the SCTC number. Does it really take half an hour on hold to find out about the lost and found? It was easier and shorter to take the bus downtown and then home. Furthermore, when I question the accuracy of the app and call the phone number, I get more "I don't know" "Ummmmm" *hang up sound* than any help. The third empty star is for the impatient and rude drivers blame the riders on being late. Yes, the ridership does occasionally cause lateness, but when the driver gets grumpy because a lady needs a ramp, that's unnaceptable. It's not her fault you're late.
